整个宠物进(出)口过程需时约1-6个月, 视乎进(出)口的国家及宠物的健康而定.
进(出)口宠物需要什么文件?
进(出)口宠物一般需要的文件包括宠物的防疫接种, 宠物可以应付旅程的健康证明, 部份国家也需要证明宠物已接受防疫注射.
我的宠物是否与我同机?
部份国家如美国, 加拿大等会允许宠物被当成是过量行李或货物被带上机, 但部份国家如澳洲, 英国, 纽西兰及新加坡等则需要宠物被当成货物付运.
如果我的宠物受各种因素影响而不能如期出发怎么办?
如宠物不能如期出发, 我们可以暂时代为照顾,并争取尽快安排它离境. 我们也会与你保持密切的联系, 让你可安心把它交给我们.
宠物运送安会吗?
宠物的在运送途中不但安全, 也相当舒适. 它们会被安排在一个有足够活动空间的笼子里, 放到有空调的货柜中. 并且有水供应给它们喝. 不过我们不建议途中给它们食物, 因为它们在出发前吃饱了就可以的了.
是否需要镇静剂?
我们一般不建议使用镇静剂. 这不但没有必要, 还可能产生副作用.
如果我的宠物是个庞然大物呢?
宠物的大小不成问题, 我们都可以为它作出适当的安排.
